Magic Cleaner

I wonder if it is really safe to use Magic Cleaner
It seems like one should not eat it as it has caused many kidney problem for pets if the ingredient. melamine foam, contaminated the pet food. What I am afraid is that whether the particles of the cleaner can be inhaled while using it.
the product is very popular in Korea with the name of Magic Block. And it is just like a magic when you use it. But I wonder if these products are also frequently used in Europe and America
