Friends and others

1. Freinds

My dear friends left Korea last Friday (R) and Sunday (A) back to their daily lives.

It was very nice and fun to see them again in Seoul even though I could not take one day off from the job. A freelancer who can say no to job is a real freelancer. In that sense I am not a freelancer. Anyway, it seems like they have enjoyed their visit to Seoul. They went to the usual places ; Itaewon to Mrs. Chung for their jewels, Mr Choi and underground for the clothes, and to Namdaemun, Dondaemun and last but no the least to Express bus terminal. Of course A went to KOEX for PUCCA.

Hong wondered why they would like to go to those places for shopping. Typical of a man... does not understand the whole picture of shopping. I answered back "It's the same as we go to NK in Stockholm to check out what they have and to have a cup of coffee in the usual places, remembering old good days." Then he got it.

I think I am very fortunate to have them as my friends. We have so much in Common even we just spend a relative short time in Seoul. We can talk about a lot of things including some gossips.^^; We can talk about Sweden, Korea, being expatriate, children, family matters, dreams that we have in the nights and dreams that we have in minds. It is also fun to hear their reaction. A and R bought some blouses in Itaewon and one of A's was red and greenblue check with white tassel. I thought that she bought some Christmas table clothe wondering why she bought just that. I was murmuring "Why on the earth she b---Christmas Clothe ~~~". R caught me right in the spot and said "What did you say Alice, you are always giving such a comments." That blouse got a name Christmas Blouse since then.

I knew that when I said Good Bye is not a bye for good and It is proven that I am right as always

I am wearing the "Christmas blouse" even though it is only November, haha!

Looking forward to my next trip to Seoul. Almost feels like home to me...
